What is akacid?

In the 1980s, scientists accidentally synthesised a polymer chelated polyguanidine, akacid, in the course of research on water-oil separation, which was developed in Austria, patented and clinically licensed through clinical trials, and since 2002 has been officially marketed in the European Union. Its unique bactericidal and antibacterial function soon became the focus of attention, through the basic research of the Medical University of Vienna and the hospital practice proved that akacid has a breakthrough significance in bactericidal disinfection, is an innovative technology, can avoid the traditional chlorine, benzene, phenol, mercury and other disinfectants can not be overcome by the toxicity of the side effects of the whole age of people, animals, skin, eye, non-irritating, non-corrosive and drug-resistant, in efficient sterilization at the same time more healthy. This bactericidal, antibacterial membrane invisible to the naked eye, in the absence of external mechanical damage, can achieve 7-14 days of bacteriostatic effect.
